Hey everyone at Newgrounds! I just recently signed up at Newgrounds, though I've been lurking for maybe a year or two. lol. I was just curious: What flash programs do you all use? Also, where can I buy one for a low amount of money? I don't have much money with me, and I'm saving up for an Anime convention I'm going to. Any help would be appreciated, cuz I want to attempt a flash. I hope to see more great submissions from everyone.
